Lung Cancer Ribbon
Many people are all about wearing ribbons to remember a person by. Many of these have various meanings depending ion the circumstances surrounding a particular person. One example of this is the pearl colored ribbon. This is most times refereed to as the lung cancer ribbon.
These colored ribbons are worn to remember a person that has had battles with lung cancer in the past. These ribbons are to signify that a person in their life has been affected by lung cancer and they are looking to honor them.
Many times these ribbons are worn on the left hand side of an article of clothing and will be up between the heart and the shoulder. This is the traditional place in which these are generally worn. Regardless of if you know a person personally or not it is never a bad idea to show your commitment to lung cancer by wearing one of these.
